A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ibarapa East Local Government in Oyo State, Hon. Sunday Ogunwale has congratulated the Senator-elect for Oyo South, Chief Mohammed Kola Balogun and the Rep-elect for Ibarapa East/Ido Federal Constituency, Hon. Yemi Taiwo On their victories at the National Assembly elections held on Saturday, February 23, 2019.
Ogunwale described their victories at the poll at the polls as a victory for the people of Ibarapa East Local Government and the people of Ibarapaland as a whole.
'I am extremely happy with the results of the election. It gladdens my heart to see our people taking a big decision to bring a better experience to themselves, as far as governance in Oyo State is concerned"
"My sincere appreciation also goes to our people for puting their trust in our party. I have full confidence in our Senator-elect and our Rep-elect to deliver many dividends to our people during their terms in office", Ogunwale said today in Eruwa.
He also advised the people of Ibarapaland to remain peaceful, while praising them for their peaceful conducts during last Saturday elections.
