#workersday: Oba Elegushi Urges Govt To Ensure Implementation Of New Minimum Wage At All Levels

In a post to commemorate the celebration of Workers Day today, Oba Saheed Ademola Elegushi @hrmsaelegushi has urged the government to ensure that the new minimum wage is paid at all levels, saying a 'labourer deserves his wages'. 

He wrote in the post.. "I join the Nigerian workers to celebrate the 2019 Workers Day. I also wish to you use this day to reiterate to government at all levels that that the "labourer deserves his wages". The singing of the new minimum wage by President Muhammadu Buhari is a welcome development. The implementation of this should be total at all levels. May God continue to bless our country, Nigeria".
