Lagos NURTW Boss, MC Oluomo Recalls His Near-Death Experience After Surviving Murder A Year Ago

Alhaji Musiliu Akinsanya, (MC Oluomo) @mcoluomo the Chairman of Lagos NURTW is full of thanks to God, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and some key people, exactly a year after surviving assassination.

In a statement to mark the anniversary of surviving death. He wrote... *A GLIMPSE INTO THE LAND OF THE DEAD*

There are no words that can possibly express my profound thanks to Almighty Allah for making me a living a soul today.
Today: January 8, 2020 makes it exactly one year that I was stabbed with a poisonous object. The wielder of the object and his cohorts had only one motive and that was to murder me in cold blood.

Their nefarious plans almost succeeded but for the grace of God and the timely intervention of people with a good heart.  I indeed had a glimpse into the land of the dead before I was recalled.
Looking back at that fateful day and the subsequent happenings that followed I cannot but appreciate a man of many paths that has genuinely taken me as a son. I am referring to no other person than His Excellency, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu. My appreciation also goes to the entire members of Lagos State House of Assembly, APC Lagos State Executives and entire party members.

I appreciate the doctors and entire staff of Eko Hospital for their prompt response and professional conducts, Nigerian law Enforcement Agencies for swiftly going after the perpetrators. My gratitude will not be completed without appreciating entire Nigerians both home and abroad for their relentless prayers and support. If words could be transformed to a hug, I would send you loads of them.

Reminiscing at the events before and after the incident, I could not but be an advocate of peace and implore everyone to love one another and avoid violence at all cost.

I strongly advise everyone to promote peaceful coexistence amongst ourselves. Peace, love and harmony should be our watch word. An environment devoid of violence will lead to steady economic growth and development.

We all have to give the gift of love to one another. We have to let it sit in our hearts and fully enjoy it.
