A 22 year-old is currently inside the police net in Ibadan after she drowned her innocent daughter (who was just a little over a year old) in a bucket of water. In her confession to the police, she said she was tired of the stigma the birth of the baby had brought on her and wanted to free herself of all the shame, not minding spending the rest of her life in prison.
