Former Inspector General of Police and current Chairman of Police Service Commission (PSC), Alhaji Musiliu A.K Smith has lost his wife to the cold hands of death. The Lagos State government announced the death and burial plans for Alhaja Airat Aderoju Smith in a statement early this morning. According to the statement, late Alhaja Smith died yesterday, 5th June 2020, at the age of 69.
Her remains will be buried today in accordance with Islamic rites.
Meanwhile, only immediate family members will be allowed at the burial rites, in strict compliance with the NCDC/Lagos State Government’s guidelines on COVID-19 social distancing protocol.
