'Corrupt' EC Boss, Jean Mensa Must Resign Immediately For Declaring Illegally Pre-Recorded Election Results -HRH Oscar Doe

Foremost businessman and philanthropist, HRH Oscar Yao Doe has called on Ms Jean Mensah, the chairperson of the Electoral Commission to tender her resignation immediately to save her face for her complicity in fraud arising from the widely-disputed December 7 general elections. He admonished the electoral body boss to take this step in order to save the country from a looming crisis.

Pre-Recorded Election Results Are Not Enshrined In Ghana's Electoral Laws Created From The 1992 Constitution. The Law Says; After Every Election The National Returning Officer (EC Chair) Must Tabulate All Presidential Results From Each Constituency Across Ghana And Announce The Candidate With Most Votes. The Law Didn't Say The Returning Officer Should Pre Determine The Outcome, Or Record The Outcome And Later Broadcast It Through The Media. THAT IS A COMPLETE Fraud!

Therefore, Whomever Benefited From Such Illegal Act Is Actually "Fraudulently-Elected". Ghanaians Must Reject This Sakawa Election!

The Law Also "Only" Empowers Returning Officers From Each Constituency To Collate And Declare Parliamentary Results. The Law Didn't Place That Constitutional Power Unto Any Regional Electoral Officer's Hands.

REGIONAL COLLATION AND REGIONAL DECLARATIONS ARE ILLEGAL BASED ON THE ELECTORAL LAWS, WHICH EMPOWER RETURNING OFFICERS FROM EVERY CONSTITUENCY TO COLLATE AND DECLARE.

(Meanwhile,) Blame Madam Jean Adukwei Mensa For This Massive Electoral Fraud That Took Place On December 7, 2020. Because, Since Ghana's 4th Republic Started From 1992, The Country Has Never Seen Such An Attempt By Few Selfish Individuals (Led By Jean Mensa And Akufo Addo, Including Some Journalists) To Undermine Ghana's Most Cherished Asset, Democracy, (The) Rule Of Law And Press Freedom, With Such Impunity.
