Supreme Court Failed Ghanainans By Not Making Jean Mensa Give Personal Account Of Her Role In Fraudulent Election Results - HRH Oscar Doe

For letting off the chairperson of the Electoral Commission, Jean Mensa from taking the witness box to explain in person, her roles in the disputed collation of figures in the December 7, 2020 election, the Supreme Court has failed Ghanainans, HRH Oscar Yao Doe has said.

In a public statement this morning, the seasoned businessman and philanthropist questioned why the apex court, which reserves the right to compel any credible witness to testify, failed tp use its powers to mandate the EC boss to answer questions about her alleged involvement in the cooking up of fraudulent results declared by her commission. He said the Supreme Court would have done this if it truly cares about uncovering the truth and perfecting Ghana's nascent democracy. Read the statement below..

Now The Supreme Court Which Supposed To Deliver Justice According To Law Are Also Not Interested In Uncovering The Truth. No One Is Saying The Court Should Rule One Way Or The Other, But The Court Has A Constitutional Duty To Seek The Truth For The Sake Of Posterity, And Most Importantly How To Perfect Our Democracy And Our Republic Going Forward .The Truth Matters.
