Engr. Ikpamezie Missing On His Job, As Land Grabber, Emma Nlemchukwu Takes Over OCDA Job, Destroying Properties At Will

An ex-military personnel that bandies himself around as a doctor and a lecturer in Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO) named Emmanuel Nlemchukwu has been discovered as part of the people leading anti state activities in the state, as he has made himself Imo Landlord inciting the destruction and obstruction of development projects in the state under the guise of a land guard hell bent on assuring that Imo people under the administration of Senator Hope Uzodinma knows no peace.

In a recent issue that occurred on the 25th of September, he self-confessed in a recorded conversation that he incited people to destroy landed properties of a South Africa-based businessman from Imo State, Chima Iwuoha, after the said gentleman had already paid (an imposed) N450,000 'Youth Levy' to one Goodluck Nlemchukwu who is discovered to be the younger brother of Emma Nlemchukwu.

The said property that he incited his boys to destroy was also bought from his family as he acknowledged and was fully paid for,after search has been conducted at the Ministry of Lands of Imo State. Mr.Iwuoha went ahead to pay almost half a million naira youth levy,went to OCDA and paid for his fencing permit only to be accosted for extortion by the ex military man after he had already incited his boys to demolish the fully fenced work on the said land.

Further investigation has revealed that Emma Nlemchukwu is leading a cartel of land profiteers ,who invade private properties,destroys on going works,demanding for multiple payments with threats of manhandling his victims. he consistently takes law into his hands with total disregard for authorities in the state and is seemingly becoming more popular than Engr. Ikpamezie the General Manager of Owerri Capital Development Authority(OCDA) as he has consistently challenged their authority in his own illicit operation.

Mr. Chima Iwuoha has petitioned the office of the Governor of Imo State, Owerri Capital Development Authority (OCDA),Imo State Police Command and Economic and Financial Crime Commission over his property that was destroyed by youths incited by Emma Nlemchukwu in Avu Community of Imo State, citing their notoriety for frauding people under the guise of land guard.

Since the unknown gunmen issue erupted in Imo state, increasing the spate of insecurity and lawlessness in the state, the canker worm of corruption has eaten deep into the entire social fabric of Imo society. No phase of the socio-economic activity is spared that properties with even fence permit from Owerri Capital Development Authority (OCDA) are being demolished by Emma Nlemchukwu led land profiteers in the name of youth levy.
