Saint Obi & Wife In Messy Divorce: Estranged Wife Lynda, Risks Arrest For Keeping Their 3 Kids Away

Popular Nollywood star actor from years back, Saint Obi, is currently entangled in a messy divorce with his now estranged wife, Lynda Amobi. Court documents show that Saint Obi was the one who started the divorce procedure, while his wife, Lynda Amobi, appears to be sabotaging the process. Sources say Lynda Amobi has repeatedly failed to appear in court when the case was called up, causing the Judge, Justice Omotayo O. Majekodunmi, to issue a bench warrant for her arrest. Ms. Lynda Amobi (previously Lynda Saint-Nwafor), is an executive at MTN Nigeria.

They got married in a lavish wedding ceremony back in December 2006 at Lynda's hometown Anambra. and their union produced three children:; two boys and a girl.

The divorce was filed in 2019 (by Saint Obi) on the basis of an alleged attempt on the actor’s life, which was reportedly orchestrated by his now estranged wife and her brothers, Michael Amobi and Chukwumobi Amobi, in a suit filed at the High Court of Ogun State with suit number HCT/128/2019 filed by Petitioner, Mr. Saint Obi.

Sources alleged that Ms. Lynda Amobi allegedly now has the children guarded by Mobile Police officers she hired to prevent her ex-husband access to their children.

Meanwhile, 57 year old Saint Obi, who left the movie industry years ago to pursue a different career, is no stranger to divorce controversies, as the actor’s first marriage to the daughter of a Lagos pastor ended in divorce years ago. Additional information from Olisa.Tv
