By the time her husband, who just got elected as the Governor of Ekiti state over the weekend is officially sworn-in in October, her face would be everywhere. By then, she would be addressed as Her Excellency, the First Lady of Ekiti state. That's the wife of Mr Biodun Oyebanji, the APC candidate just returned elected as the next Executive Governor of the 'Fountain of Knowledge' state. Until now, she has kept quiet personality, flying high in her academic career. However, she has been a strong pillar for her husband and their family. All that is about to change now as she will be joining her husband in the new task of taking charge at Alagbaka Government House in Ado-Ekiti for the next four years.
Professor Olayemi Jumoke Abiodun-Oyebanji is a thoroughbred Ado Ekiti Princess and associate professor at the University of Ibadan.
She is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Educational Management, Faculty of Education, University of Ibadan; a seasoned scholar in the field of Institutional Administration, Higher Education, Quality Assurance in Education, Human Resource Development and Leadership in Education.
Princess Olayemi is a seasoned scholar with over 80 publications in the field of Institutional Administration, Higher Education, and Quality Assurance in Education, Human Resource Development and Leadership in Education.
