BELLA AJOKE (ADENUGA) DISU: A Corporate Titan Moving Mountains Already, At 37

Bella Disu, daughter of the’Spirit of Africa’ - (Otunba Michael Adeniyi Adenuga, the billionaire business mogul who celebrated his 70th recently) is today, one of the most-influential females calling the shots in Corporate Nigeria, though she is only going to be be 37 in a week’s time. Her dad’s true blood runs in her veins no doubt- being as quiet in doing,  just like him.

Only a few are privy to the massive portfolio Bella holds at just 37 - coupled with the enviable discharge of her roles as a good wife and mum. One of the companies she sit stops is currently running one of the most iconic projects in Abuja - the massive facelift of the NNPC Towers . She shared her recent site visit to the project on social media today. 

The handlers of the project is Abumet  Nigeria Limited. Mrs Belinda Ajoke Disu became the Chairman of  the Board of Directors of the company in January 2021. She replaced Alhaji Dr. Bamanga Tukur. Abumet Nigeria Ltd - a subsidiary of Julius Berger Nigeria Plc. is a leading solutions provider for the planning, processing and installation of aluminium and glass products, from single standard windows to sophisticated facades and large-scale design masterpieces. 

Bella is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and Northeastern University in Boston, USA. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Massachusetts and a Masters of Science in Leadership from the Northeastern University also in Boston, Massachusetts USA. She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Management of Nigeria (MNIM) and the Institute of Directors of Nigeria (MIOD).

She is also currently the Executive Vice- Chairman of Globacom Limited, Chief Executive Officer of Cobblestone Properties & Estates Limited, a Director on the Board of Mike Adenuga Centre and a Director on the board of Julius Berger Nigeria plc.
