Senator Daisy Danjuma: Glowing On Gracefully At 71

Sen. Daisy Ehanire Danjuma, prominent female politician, former Edo South Senator and one of the matriachs of the high society for decades, clocks 71 today and she keeps her glow and beauty while aging gracefully. Echos of the  grand 70th birthday the wife of elder statesman, Gen. Theophilus Danjuma Rtd (former defense minister) in Lagos on Saturday, August 6, 2022 are still loud till the present day. With her sustained beauty, elegance and class, Senator Daisy will make young ladies of middle age grow green with envy.
Born in 1952 in Benin, Edo State, Daisy is one the most admired women in Nigeria for decade. She does not have any airs around her and she is well-loved by many. She attended the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna State, where she bagged a degree in Law. She went on to work as an executive assistant at NAL Merchant Bank. She also worked with NTA as the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser.
Ever-beautiful and brainny, Daisy is the Chairman of May and Baker Nigeria Plc. She has also served on the board of several companies. Between 1999 and 2003, she was the Chairman of South Atlantic Petroleum Limited. She is a member of the International Bar Association, the Nigerian Bar Association, and the International Federation of Women Lawyers.

An accomplished businesswoman and politician, Daisy represented the Edo South Senatorial District in the Senate between 2003 and 2007. She recontested the seat in 2011 but didn't win.
