Chairman of Doscar Group Holdings, Oscar Yao Doe in an emotional post this morning recalled how he was locked up for five days in the cell of Nima Police Station over trumped up charges while the Anti-graft body in the country, EOCO was investigating him between 2010 and 2012. He revealed how the former Executive Director of the agency, Kokou Mortey and the then National Security Coordinator, Gbevlo Lartey used their influence as agents of government to harass and molest him for allegedly supporting the campaign of the then Candidate Akuffo-Addo. He however announced that he has wholeheartedly forgiven both men for all their wrongdoings against him.

Kokou Mortey Was The Then Executive Director (Of The) Economic And Organised Crimes Office (EOCO) Between 2009 And 2015. (While) Lt.Col. Larry Gbevlo Lartey Was The Then National Security Coordinator (16/01/ 2009 - May 2014).
I Was Harassed And Received Painful Maltreatment From Larry Gbevlo Lartey And Kokou Mortey, (Who Used) The Powers Of Their Respective Offices.
My Only Crime: Word Went Round The Corridors Of Power That I Funded The Akuffo Addo Campaign In The 2007 Primaries And The 2008 General Election. (Such) A Big Crime!
Before the EOCO investigation started, Gbevlo Lartey Immediately Discharged Military Personnel With Guns To Destroy My Ongoing Hostel Project At South Legon In Accra in 2009. The Excuse Was That I Was Building In A Military Zone! My Goodness!! Meanwhile, I Have All My Papers Perfect; Including Land Title Certificate!
Gbevlo Lartey Also Instructed Kokou Mortey To Investigate Me From 2010 - 2012. At Some Point Of The Investigations, They Deliberately Locked Me Up At Nima Police Station Cell For 5 Days. (From Friday To Tuesday, Because That Particularl Monday Was A Holiday, So They Calculated Accordingly. Our Beloved Country.
