Lagos Society Woman, Fatee Mohammed Takes A Shot At Marriage Again, Weds On Her 48th Birthday

It was the 48th birthday on Friday, 24th July, and on that day, she doubled her celebration by walking down the aisle with the new man in her life. The few guests at the wedding have flooded social media with pictures and videos from the matrimony between popular Lagos society lady and politician, Fatee Mohammed and her new hubby, Olu Ogunkola. The new couple tied the nuptial knot at a private ceremony in Lagos.

This would be the 3rd marriage for the happy-bride, who already has grown kids. She also had a popular relationship with rich businessman and socialite, Apostle Rotimi Martins.

After their relationship hit the rocks just a few years back, she delved into politics and contested for the House of Representatives under the People's Democratic Party, first during a by election in 2016 and during the 2019 general election. She lost to candidate of the APC on both occasions. She was also active in the Atiku/Obi 2019 presidential campaign in Lagos.
Hajia Fatee Mohammed means different things to different people, depending on how and for what purpose they came in contact with her. For some, it is positive, and the other eway for some. She is well known and talked about.

Those are in the know say her new husband, Mr. Ogunkola husband is a money bag and that the two are so in love.

Hours before the wedding party, she was treated to surprise private birthday party by the groom-to-be. One of her close friends who attended the party is popular beautician, Mrs Funmilayo Orekoya, the CEO of Funmi Beauty World.
A super-elated new Mrs Ogunkola had earlier taken to her social media page to unveil the new man in her life. In an emotional post, she narrated how she had been repeatedly mocked by her enemies during her long quest to find 'a crown' over her head (husband) and for her past failed relationships. She was full of praise to God for gjving her a man he described as 'a friend of God, and a friend of my heart'. Read the post below..

"Who is He that has said when God has not said? #FateeOlu2020

Today, I give all the glory to God as I take the vows with my love, my best friend, the one who has made all other relationships fail! The reason every other entanglement could not work, God knew I deserved better, and for every mistake I made, HE told me to calm down.
Over the years, I have been the object of mockery by enemies and even some I called friends... I was mocked repeatedly for wanting a crown over my head, I have always been a woman who loves love...Even as God made me self sufficient, I did not see myself as a super woman who needed no man!

I was mocked for the roads that I walked and for every stumble and every fall... They laughed at my tears and pretended to be friends but God saw it all.
I was weary at some point and almost gave up on God's promise to crown me not just with a man but with the man who totally completes me... And with every weary sigh, God gave me an assuring smile!
Today, I am not just celebrating my 48th birthday but also I am celebrating my walk into matrimony with the man chosen by God. A friend of God and a friend of my heart.
Many know my journey yet mock it, many do not, still they mock it...
I have been at the receiving end of jabs and insults especially since I started my Tedtalks on relationships... I heard them say "Who made her an authority on marriage matters when she is not married herself"

Many times I got angry, other times I laughed at the folly of their thoughts and mentality...
Today, God has shut them up as HE crowns me. My shame has turned to fame and my story has turned to glory.
He has turned the tears to pearls and the mockers have no choice but to rejoice with me!
Double portion of glory friends, It is my 48th Birthday and wedding ceremony! Who is He that has said, when God has not said!

Let me be the very first to wish myself a happy married life!!! Feel free to call me Mrs O!"
