Otunba Ademola Obafemi Ojo, a former Chairman of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON) in Oyo State and Chairman, Guaranty Chauffeurs and Security Limited, said that the renowned businessman and philanthropist had brought great political, economic as well as social success to his homeland, the state and Nigeria. He described him as a patriot who has nurtured many individuals to greatness.

May the Almighty fill your future with blessings, ” Ojo, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) said in a statement signed by him.
Also, Pa Timothy Jolaoso, the Ibarapa Zonal APC leader, described Ayandele as a true Ibarapa son who has contributed immensely to the progress of APC in the state and Nigeria. He said inspite of the overwhelming nature of politics across the globe, Ayandele possessed the qualities to be calm and lead the way.

Alhaji Olayide Abass, a chieftain of the APC from Ibarapa Central and former Chairman of the Oyo State Hospital Management Board also described Ayandele as a loyal and committed member of the APC whose contributions to party as well as community development deserved commendation.
The APC leader in a statement he personally signed, said that Ayandele was an exemplary leader for future generations that wish to follow the world of politics. “As a community man, you are dependable, trustworthy and always there for your constituents. As a politician, your experience and wisdom are invaluable to the success of our party. Your headstrong approach and passion to achieve whatever you set out to do were so remarkable as well as inspirational".
Dr. Ayandele (popularly called Eruobodo) was a gubernatorial aspirant under the umbrella of the APC in 2019 and pointers are showing that he ia favoured to pick the party's Oyo South senetorial ticket at the 2023 polls.
