She was all over the news back in 2018 when she was said to have moved in with her new lover, Muhideen Kasali, Ibadan-based blind prophet. Dolapo Awosika, who is an ex-wife of Nigerian-born former international footballer, John Fashanu is in the news again. This time, gists have it that the mother of three has dumped the popular prophet, and she is said to have found a new man.
According to the new gist, her new man is also a prophet of a church based in Ile-Ife, Osun state. Dolapo, who never denied his relationship with Prophet Kasali when tongues went wagging over their controversial romance, has now relocated to Ife, according to those who know.

Dolapo has always being in the news. She became an issue of discussion in 2018, when the British citizen who has two children with Fashanu, abandoned her matrimonial home, and ran after the Ibadan-based prophet, whom she allegedly met while on a prayer mission in Oyo State.
Then, it was alleged that Prophet Kasali kept her against her will under an influence, which has also made her leave her house in Banana Island, Lagos and chose to live with the Prophet in a remote area of Oyo State.
Dolapo was thoroughly painted black in those reports, with some alleging that she goes to pray with the intention of trapping men, among whom is the richest man in Africa, who she was alleged to have had a daughter with – a child she reportedly foisted on John Fashanu. But she denied ever being under the influence of any charms, she did not reveal if she was married to the prophet or not.
Meanwhile, in January 2019 a video where she was seen on the dance floor with Oloori Naomi, wife of the Ooni of Ife during the Olojo festival party at the Palace in Ife, went viral. In that video, K1 sang her praises and addressed her as Mrs Kasali, wife of the prophet.

Dolapo is a London-trained lawyer and former TV presenter. She was based in London before moving to Nigeria and was living in Lagos before moving in with the prophet. She later become a regular face in Prophet Kasali’s ministry especially the ‘Ori-Oke’ in Moniya, a rustic suburb after Ibadan. During ger stay with the prophet she was said to have helped him in upgrading the image of his ministry as well as the appearance of the prophet himself. What went wrong between them, however remains unknown.
