Few days back, prominent businessman and popular aunto dealer Alhaji Chief Lanre Akanni Shittu (Chairman of Lanre Shittu Motors) clocked 64. He was celebrated by many friends, families and business associates who had tasted from his kind gestures. His birthdate, January 8 every year is one day that many look forward to. On his 64th birthday, he was treated to a very private surprise soiree by his youngest wife, Ebunoluwa Oyinda Shittu, a lawyer and business woman. The tasteful soiree took place at private venue in Lagos. On that day, Ebun had cajoled him into a lunch outing and on getting there, he was shocked to see his close friends; amongst them his lawyer and friend of over 50 years, Mr Tayo Ojutalayo SAN (of the famous Ojutalayo Chambers), Mr Tayo Ayeni (of Skymit Autos) to mention a few already seated at the get-together. Many in attendance were surprised at how auto mogul's younger wife (who already has 3 kids for him) could pull such a big surprise. It was a colourful evening.
A number of the celebrants kids (from his senior wives) and closely knitted relatives were present at the event. His aged mum was also in attendance. We scooped from sources who are close to the family scooped that Lanre Shittu is so fond of Ebun, who he has had a long history with. He was full of praises for her on that day.
It was in Septmeber 2019 that he formalized his marriage with her. Their wedding was moderate but expensive.

Meanwhile, there is one of Lanre Shittu's favorite daughters who yet to come to terms with her dad's decision to take Ebun Akinosi as a wife. That is Biola Oworu nee Shittu who used to be Ebun's best friend back from their University days. She was expectedly, absent from the surprise party. Biola and Ebun were best friends at the Olabisi Onabanjo University where they both studied Law.
Ebun got to know Alhaji Lanre Shittu through his daughter, Biola way back when they were still in school. She had never been in support of her dad's romance with Ebun and subsequently had to draw the line between her dad and her friend. She cut ties with her and had never hidden her animosity for her decision to eventually marrying her dad. And was not also in support of their marriage. They no longer see eye to eye, although Biola still maintains her relationship with her dad.
There had been reports before that Ebun was formerly married to a young banker with who she had a child. She moved out of the marriage before eventually becoming Alhaji Lanre Shittu's wife.
