The strong bond between popular Fuji musician, Wasiu Alabi Pasuma and his cousin who has also been his manager for over two decades, Mathew Ajiboye (widely known as Ididowo) has broken down badly. The inseparable duo are reportedly not on talking terms at the moment. The crux of the matter is Ididowo's alleged failure to give account of some of Pasuma's money (running into millions of naira) for which the calm musician had dragged his man Friday to the police.
The allegedly missing monies were proceeds of bookings by Pasuma’s clients over a period of time. Ididowo allegedly could not trace nor give accounts of the funds when questioned by his boss.
Pasuma later reported the matter to the Police, accusing Matthew Ididowo of investing his hard earned money into his personal business, which he later owned up to, according to reports. He has since been sending his friends to plead with Pasuma on his behalf. Some members of their family are also said to have stepped into the matter, pleading on Pasuma to forgive his manager but he had insisted that Matthew must produce the missing fund or be prepared to face the law.
