Case Of Whitney Adeniran, Chrisland School Student That Died During Interhouse Sports In February, Continues

The case of the 12 year old female student of Chrisland School, Opebi, Ikeja Lagos who in February, lost her life in circumstances that remains controversial till date - is ongoing. Adeyemi Adeniran, the father of Whitney Adeniran who died during the school’s sporting activities at Agege Stadium, Lagos State told a High Court sitting in Ikeja Lagos yesterday, that he got to know his daughter was electrocuted through a Snapchat group. In his narration to Justice Oyindamola Ogala, the deceased’s father said he was at work when his wife, Blessing, called and informed him that she was told that their daughter, who left home very healthy, slumped at the stadium and was rushed to the hospital.
