Huband, Wife Become Commissioners Of Police As IG Announce New Promotions

Mr. Kehinde Longe and his wife, Yetunde Longe are among the new Police Commissioners just promoted by the Nigeria Police. The couple were Deputy Commissioners of Police before being elevated to the next rank as police authorities announce the promotion of 17 officers.

CP Kehinde Longe and CP Yetunde Longe's latest promotions got easy considerations from the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Usman Alkali Baba because of their sterling records in the service.

Until their new ranks, CP Kehinde Longe once served as the DCP in charge of operations in Oyo State, while his wife was in charge at at the State Criminal Investigations Department (SCID), Panti, in Lagos, among other assignments.
