Chairman of Doscar Group Holdings, HRH Oscar Yao Doe has urged religious and civil society organizations in Ghana to immediately call the Electoral Commissioner, Jean Mansa to order. He accused the EC boss of acting against public trust for failing to build a consensus among political parties about whether to compile a new voter register or maintain the existing one.
