The pair who have not been spotted together for a while now have been seen separately without their wedding bands, especially in recent pictures. This has sent tongues wagging about them, with those who are close to the once-happy couple hinting that they are no longer living as husband and wife.
Nike and Alex who got married at a big wedding in Lagos in December, 2011 and their 7th wedding anniversary would been on December 11 this year.
Details of what led to their separation are still not clear yet, but it has been confirmed that they no longer live together and have both gone their separate ways due to irreconcilable differences.
Nikki had been full of praises on her husband in the past. She once confessed in an interview with CityPeople magazine that her marriage almost crashed at a point but thanks to her husband who also doubles as her manager.
She stated that she does a lot of things with her husband and attend all events with him attributing all the awards she has won to his support.
